I am looking forward to speaking with; The Honorable Charles Potter jr. Delaware State Representative 1st District and Delbert J Boyer, jazz musician, producer and founder of the group Aniyajazz .
Delbert Boyer has been playing music for over 20 years. He attended Temple University as a guitar major. He’s opened for major acts such as B. B. King, Pieces of a Dream, Houston Person as well as many familiar local artists and bands. Aniyajazz is a Jazz group he founded, consisting of 6 individuals with the one common goal of turning people on to jazz music. Describing Aniya you would have to say it is a melting pot of smooth jazz, Neo-Soul, Funk, Latin, R&B, Gospel and hip hop, all rolled into one. Some people call their music Acid Jazz, they call it good music. “Colors of the Sun” is the groups 5th CD.
Charles Potter jr. is a Delaware State Representative for the 1st District. We will discuss; SB 19 the Legislation to Repeal the Death Penalty in Delaware. The Crime Prevention and Rehabilitation Act. And if the state should give the casinos $30 million over the next two years in an effort to save Delaware’s ailing industry. A state commission recommends that we should, what do you think?
